shrines and altars
with the past year finding our spiritual interiors more connected to our living spaces, i have spent it helping friends personalise and further the intimacy between mind and home. through a ceramic shrine or domestic altar, modern rituals are activated through arrangement and interaction with each object/kit of parts. these shrines usually reference personal cultural practices (lighting incense, offering flowers and food), sentimental objects and a worship of nature.
